برجر دجاج وبطاطا حلوة


ايش نحتاج مكونات ؟

•صدور دجاج وأفخاذ دجاج مخلية من العظام والجلد
•بهارات جافة (ثوم-بابريكا-ملح-فلفل أسود)
•بيض
•كورن فليكس مطحون
•دقيق
•خس مقطع
•طماطم
•خل ابيض
•خردل
•مايونيز
•شطة سيراشا
•عسل
•بطاطا حلوة
•جبنة مربعات
•خبز برجر

كيف نسوّي الوصفه ؟
١- للبرجر:نفرم الدجاج ونضيف عليه البهارات ونشكله على شكل برجر ونغمسه في الدقيق وبعدها البيض واخر شي الكورن فليكس المطحون ونقليه
٢- للصوص: نخلط المايونيز والخردل والخل وعسل وشطة سيراشا
٣- للبطاطا الحلوة:تقطعها ونقليها
٤- لترتيب البرجر :نسخن الخبز ونحط عليه الصوص والخس وشرائح الطماطم وبرجر الدجاج ونقفله بالخبز .
