طرشي مدبس 🥒🥦🥕
المقادير
كيلو خيار ناعم مقطع دوائر
نصف كيلو جزر مقطع دوائر
1 قرنابيط مقطع

نفور المواد في ماء مغلي مع ملح بس يتغير اللون نصفيه وناخذ 5 اكواب من الماء

الصلصة:
5 اكواب من الماء
2 كوب خل التمر
1كوب خل ابيض أو خل احمر
1كوب دبس التمر
نصف كوب دبس الرمان
ملعقة صغيرة كمون
ملعقة كبيرة ملح خشن
كرفس حسب الرغبة

نغطيه ونعوفه يتدبس لمدة ثلاث ايام او اسبوع كاامل
