نجيب دجاج فيليه ونقطعه مربعات صغيره نحط فوقها فلفل اسود وملح وبالمقلاه اللين تنضج نشيل الدجاج وبنفس المقلاه نحط زيت نجيب البصل والثوم ونحمره ونصب فوقه كريمه طبخ وفلفل اسود وملح و ٤ ملاعق جبن سايل ونتركها اللين تنضج السبانخ وتنشف مويته بعد كذا نجيب مكرونه مسلوقه وفوقها الدجاج وخلطه السبانخ ونحركها ونحطها بصينيه بايركس نرش فوقها جبن موزريلا وقطع جبن كيري وعالفرن حتى يذوب الجبن والف عافيه
