نضيف ملعقه كبيره معجون ثوم وزنجبيل
ونقلبهم شوي بالزيت

نضيف التوابل:
كمون ، كزبره ، جرام مسالا ، بابريكا ، فلفل احمر مطحون ، كركم ، جات مسالا لو مافي عادي، ملح
٠
نحمس البهارات مع الزيت ونزود مويا كل شويه لين البهارات تتنكه صح
٠
نضيف الحمص المسلوق او المعلب
٠
نحمسه مع البهارات وبعدين نضيف المويا ونغطي القدر نخليه ٢٠ دقيقه يطبخ
٠
وبعدها يكون جاهز😍
٠
نقدمه مع خبز البراتا واحلى كلاااام😍
