كرات الكفتة باللبن من أطيب الوصفات الي ممكن تاكلها وخاصة اذا كانت الكفته فيها لحمة خاروف .

* المكونات :
- نص كيلو لحمة عجل
- نص كيلو لحمة خاروف قص مدهن
- بصلة
- قرن فلفل حار اختياري
- ملح وفلفل اسود
- سنين ثومه
- ربع ضمه بقدونس
- 2 كيلو لبن رايب +ملعقتين نشا + ملح + فلفل ابيض + ماء ساخن ومرقة لحم
-للقدحة (ثومه + حفنة كزبرة + زيت نباتي )
