دجاج هندي ايش نحتاج مكونات؟٧٠٠ جرام افخاد دجاج ١ زبادي١/٤ كوب بصل ناشف١ كوب رز حبه طويلهورق كاري١/٤ كوب زيت٢ م.ك سمن كبيره٢ م.ك زنجبيل طازه٢ م.ك ثوم مهروسالبهاراتبهارات الدجاج١ م.ك بهار ماسالا١ م.ص فلفل اسود١ م.ص كزبره ناشفه١ م.ص بودره فلفل كيف نسوي الوصفه؟افخاد الدجاج اول شي ابدأ في تشريحها خطوط نفس ماهو موضح بالفيديو وبعدها احط عليها البهارات والزبادي وشوي من لون الطعام الاحمر وهذا اختياري وشوي ورق كاري واحط الزيت وملعقه زنجبيل وملعقه الثوم المهروس واخلطهم كويس واحطهم بعدها في صينيه تحتها ورق زبده وادخلهم الفرن من تحت تقريبا ساعه واجهز للرزلعمل الرزفي قدر على النار احط ملعقتين السمنه واحط بصل ناشف وملعقه زنجبيل وملعقه ثوم وورق الكاري وفلفل اسود وملح وكزبره ناشفه واضيف قطعتين من الفلفل الرومي واحط كاسه ماء حار وبعدها الرز واقفل عليه الين يستوي
