بطاطس بالبرميزان في الفرن
المكونات:
بطاطس صغيرة
جبنة برميزان مبشورة
ثوم مهروس
بهارات جافة(ثوم-بقدونس-فلفل حار -أوريقنو-ملح)
زبدة
زيت زيتون
الطريقة:
نقطع البطاطس انصاف ونشرحهم من الوجه وبعدها نضيف عليها زيت زيتون والبهارات والثوم المهروس ..في زبدية نخلط الزبدة وجبنة برميزان وبعدها نفرد خليط الجبنة على صينية فرن ونرص البطاطس ونخبزها في الفرن ٢٥ دقيقة
