حبتين فوار فيتامين سي
يذوب في عصير ليمونتين
نضيف لها فنجان قهوه زيت اللوز المر
وعلبه وسط كريم جلسوليد

يخلط ويحفظ ببرطمان في ثلاجه
صالحه لمده اسبوع

يستخدم ليلاً او ساعتين اقل شئ
يغسل بعدها ويدهن الجسم باي مرطب


فتره الاستخدام يوضع واقي الشمس للبشره
او اليدين المعرض للشمس
او حرارة الفرن
يستخدم للوجه والجسم
