فوائد واهمية تدوين اليوميات!

📝 صرلي حول السنتين في تدوين اليوميات وتكلمت عن الفوائد الي حصلتها ، مثل تفريغ الكبت ومعرفة الايام الجيدة من السيئة ادائي في تطوير الذات و القراءة وغيره.

مسئلة انك تكون مدرك لهذي الاشياء مسئلة مهمة، و بعد فترة بتلاحظ انك عارف ومتذكر افكارك وقراراتك بشكل افضل، وهذا عشانك كتبتها في اليوميات.

جربت كثير تطبيقات لتدوين اليوميات و التطبيق الي ذكرته بوجهة نظري احسن واحد، لان فيه تقريبًا كل المميزات الي تحتاجها وسهولة استخدامه

Woodturning - A Live Edge Bowl #shorts

Thank you for watching. In this DIY woodworking video I make a live edge bowl out of ash wood on the lathe, using a process called woodturning. I used CA glue to hold the bark on the edge of the bowl, and mineral oil to coat the whole bowl.

Woodturning is a hobby of mine that I thoroughly enjoy! I often design the piece that I am working on as I am woodturning, making the final woodworking project design more unique.
