كمية من الباذنجان - متوسطة الحجم
القليل من الفلفل الأسود
القليل من الملح
ندهنها بالزيت الزيتون
زيت - ثلث كوب
بصلة كبيرة مفرومة
لحم مفروم - نصف كيلو
حبتان من الفلفل الأخضر المفروم
ثوم - 1 ملعقة كبيرة
صلصة الطماطم - 1 ملعقة كبيرة ممتلئة
ملح
كزبرة
فلفل احمر
كمون
دبس الرمان – ربع كوب
الماء مع صلصة الطماطم
والقليل من الطماطم والفلفل
