Ingredients:
For Chhole :
Oil - 3-4 spoons
Cumin seeds - 1 spoon Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Green cardamom - 2 -3
Black cardamom-1
Black pepper - 10-12
Cloves - 4-5
Dry red chili - 2-3
Bay leaf -2
Chopped onion - 2
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 spoons
Chopped Tomato - 2
Green chili - 2-3
Salt - 1 spoon
Roasted coriander powder - 1 spoon
Roasted cumin powder-½ spoon
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 sporn
Boiled kabuli chana - 2 cups
Chhola masala - 1 spoon
Fresh coriander leaves- some

For Bhatura:
All purpose flour - 3 cups
Semolina -1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 spoon
Sugar - 1 spoon
Curd - 1 cup
Water - as required
