☑️ طريقة التحضير
نغطي اللحم بالنشا ونقليه بالزيت لين يستوي ويفضل يكون شرايح نحيفه عشان يستوي بسرعه

للصوص:
نخلط الصويا الحلوه والمالحه والمويا والخل والهويزن والسكر مع بعض 👌
٠
نحمس الثوم والزنجبيل والفلفل بشوية زيت
٠
نضيف عليهم اللحم المقلي ونقلبه شوي
٠
نضيف الصوص ونقلبه يتسبك شويه
٠
ضيفوا بصل اخضر مقطع يطلع رهيب

٠
التزيين بالسمسم👌
