إيش نحتاج مكونات؟🥣
- 1 ك. دقيق حمص محمص على نار لمده خمس دقائق
- 2ك. دقيق ابيض
- ½ ك. سمن
- ½ ك. زيت
- 1ك. سكر بودره
- 1م.ك هيل مطحون

كيف نسوّي الوصفه؟🍪
- نخلط السمن مع الزيت السكر ونضيف دقيق الحمص والدقيق الابيض بالتدريج ونضيف الهيل
- نعجن المكونات لحد ما تصير سلسه وناعمه ونشكلها دوائر
- يتزين بالفستق او اي تزيين تحبوه وعالفرن درجه حراره 180 لمده من 15 الي 20 دقيقه من تحت تتحمر
