في هذا الفيديو وضحنا شيئا من النتاج العلمي الذي قدمه لنا العالم المسلم محمد بن موسى الخوارزمي، تحدثنا عن كتابي المختصر في الجبر والمقابلة وكتاب الجمع والتفريق في الحساب الهندي، وكيف أن الخوارزمي أول من أسس وقدم لعلم الجبر، وصنف المعادلات إلى ستة أشكال في كتابه ذكرناها في الفيديو، وقدم طريقة مطردة لحلها، ومن ثم تحدثنا عن كيف أدخل الخوارزمي الصفر إلى علم الحساب، وكيف فرق بين كونه منزلة من منازل العدد أو كونه رقما مختلفا يمثل اللاشيء أو العدم، وختاما وضحنا فكرة الأرقام العربية والهندية، وما الفرق بينهما، وكيف استفادت أوروبا من الكتاب الذي قدمه واستبدلت نظام الأعداد الذي كان لديها بنظام جديد.
