رجله بالعدس (ايدام سوداني)ايش نحتاج مكونات؟١ حزمه رجله او بقله١ حبه بصل كبيره مقطعه صغير١ م.ك ثوم مهروسه١/٣ كوب عدس احمر٥٠٠ جرام صدور دجاج٤ م.ك معجون طماطم البهارات ١ م.ك فلفل اسود ٢ م.ك ملحكيف نسوي الوصفه؟في قدر على النار نضيف الزيت والبصل ونقلي وبعدها الدجاح ونقلب وبعدها الثوم والصلصه ونقلب ونضيف الرجله المقطعه والملح والفلفل الاسود والعدس ونضيف ماء حار تقريبا كاس ونص ونتركهم الين تستوي وتتجانس المكونات
