قصة لرجل عجوز كان يعيش بشقة لاكثر من 30 سنه بشكل مفاجئ ملاك جدد للارض عرضوا على ملاك الشقق الخروخ لي مقابل 650 الف دولارا العظم وافق الا هربيرت قالهم انا ما راح اطلع اعتقد الجميع انه مجنون لرفضة عرض كهاذا بحكم انه شقته كانت جدا صغيره ولا تسوى هذا المبلغ بعد القليل من البحث هربيرت اكتشف انه الملاك يريدون هدم الفدق بالكامل على الرغم انه قذر ولا يهتم للنظافه بس كان جدا ذكي فقال اكيد اللي راح يصمل وما راح يطلع راح يقدر ياخذ اللي يبيه كانت المفاجأة جدا صادمه تابع القصة للاخير عشان تعرف ايش صار بالتفصيل
