المكونات أفضل وصفة لشوي الدجاج في الفرن

نقطع الدجاج إلى شكل الفراشة
الثوم المهروس – عدد 3
زبادي - 2 ملعقة كبيرة
عصير الليمون - 2 ملعقة كبيرة
كزبرة - 1 ملعقة صغيرة
بصل مجفف - 1 ملعقة صغيرة
بابريكا - 2 ملعقة صغيرة
الهيل - نصف ملعقة صغيرة
فلفل أسود - نصف ملعقة صغيرة
زيت - ثلث كوب
صويا صوص - 2 ملعقة كبيرة
نغطيها بورق الزبدة - ثم بورق القصدير

سلطة المرافقة

نفرم باقة من البقدونس
نفرم بصلة متوسطة الى شرائح
ملح
سماق
عصير الليمون
زيت الزيتون
ندهن معجون الفلفل وزيت الزيتون على الخبز
القليل من السلطة المحضرة
