الصناعى الامريكى هنرى فورد كان يريد تعيين شخصين فى منصب معين فى شركته فاختار اثنين من نفس الجامعه ونفس التخصص ودعاهم للعشاء وبعد العشاء قال لواحد فيهم لقد تم توظيفك واعتذر للاخر فساله الاهر انت لم تسالنا فى الهندسه او السيارات وتكلمنا فى الامورالعامه فقط فلماذا قمت بتوظيف صديقى وانا لا ؟
فقال لسببين الاول انه ذاق اللحم قبل ان يضع الملح اما انت فالعكس فانا افضل الاشخاص الذين يقوموا بتجريب الاشياء قبل محاةله تغييرها والسبب الثانى ان صديقك كان يعامل فى الاشخاص فى المطعم باحترام امان انت فكانوا غير مرئيين بالنسبه لك كنت تحترمنى انا فقط القائد الناجح الرائع الذى يترك اثر فى عمله عليه ان يتعامل مع الجميع على انهم بشر .
