لطبقة البسكويت :
في الفرامه ضفت ١٠٠ جم بسكويت لوتس وطحنته
وضفت عليه ٢٠ جم زبده مذابه وخلطهم سوا
٠
ونحط البسكويت في قاع كاسة التقديم ونضغط عليه عشان يتشكل ويتماسك تحت بقاع الكاسه
٠
نخفق ٤٠٠ جم كريمة خفق مع ملعقة كبيرة زبدة اللوتس لين تحصل على قوام متماسك
٠
ونحطه في اكياس حلواني ونضيفه فوق البسكويت
٠
واخر شي نذوب زبدة اللوتس ونزين فيها الكريمه مع رشة بسكويت
٠
