• إيش نحتاج مكونات؟
٢ حبة بصل ابيض
١ كوب دقيق ابيض
٤ حبات بيض

• البهارات.
ملح
فلفل اسود
ببريكا
بودره بصل

• كيف نسوّي الوصفة؟
نجهز الدقيق والبيض لتتبيل البصل
نقطع البصل من النصف الأعلى ٨ أقسام
ونحط البصل بالدقيق نخليه يتغطى بالكامل بكل الطبقات
نرجع نحط البصل بالبيض وكمان مره بالدقيق (اهم شي كل الطبقات تتغطى)
بعدها نقليه إلين يتحمر
نقدمه مع اي صوص تحبوه انا قدمته مع صوص الرانش والمايو كاتشب
