كبدة وخبز طااااازج من فرن السيف . والله رهيب ، شي منجد يجنن وطبعا طبعا لأول يوم عيد اضحى تفوووووز 🥣إيش نحتاج مكونات؟الكبدة: - ½ ك.ج كبده خروف -1 بصله كبيره -1 م.ص ثوم مهروس -1 طماطم كبيره -كزبره ورق -1 م.ك معجون طماطمالبهارات: - 1 م.ص فلفل اسود - 1 م.ص كركم - 1 م.ص كزبره -1 م.ص كاريللخبز : - زيت - دقيق ما يحتاجلها مقادير (فرن اديسون للخبز يقدرها ويعجنها ويخبزها )🫕كيف نسوّي الوصفة؟على النار نحط الزيت وبعدها الكبده ونقلبها لحد ماتاخد لون ونحط البصل وبعدها نحط الثوم ونقلب ونضيف الطماطم وصلصه الطماطم ونقلبهم والبهارات ونضيف شويه ماء ونتركها ثلاث دقايق تتطبخ وبعدها نحط اخر شي الفلفل الاخضر والكزبره الخضره ونملحوالله عليك يابو العز‏
