غزوة بني قينقاع بها أزال الله سبحانه عن المسلمين شر شوكة من الشوكات الثلاث التي كانت في ظهورهم آنذاك، وكان ذلك في أوائل سنة ثلاث وقيل في شوال سنة ثنتين للهجرة، وبعد غزوة بني قينقاع أصبح الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام يحكم المدينة المنورة حكمًا تامًا كاملًا وأصبح أصحابه قوةً كبيرة جدًا داخل المدينة لذلك خاف اليهود من المسلمين، وبدأ بنو النضير وبنو قريظة يتربصون بالمسلمين.
