المقادير:
2 كوب حليب
كوب سميد ناعم
2 ملعقه شكر
ملعقه ماء الزهر
2 مكعب جبن كيري او علبة قشطة حسب المتوفر
تخلط المواد جيداً بدون نار وبدون جبن بعدها نشغل النار عالية ونبقى نحرك بلخليط حتى يثخن عدنا ونتركة يبرد تمااماً

القطر( الشيرة)
لكل كوب ماء، 2 كوب سُكر وتغلي لمدة 10 دقائق
