المقادير
افخاذ دجاج حسب العدد
ملعقة كبيرة معجون طماطم 🥫
ملعقتين كبيرة دبس الرمان
ملعقه صغيرة بهارات دجاج
ملعقه صغيرة كاري
رشه ثوم مطحون
ملعقتين كبيرة ملح 🧂
كوبان ماء دافىء لتخفيف الصلصة
الاظافات حسب الرغبه اني ضفت بطاطا فقط 🥔
بلفرن على درجة حرارة 200 بلرف الوسط النار فوق وتحت لمدة 45 دقيقة
تحضير الرز
*لكل كوب رز كوبان ماء ‼️
بلبدايه نحمر الشعريه ونضيف عليه الرز المنقوع والماء
نص ملعقة صغيرة كركم
ملعقه كبيرة ملح
بس يغلي نوطي النار علهادىء ونعوفه يتهدر على راحته
والف عافيه الطريقة سهله وسريعه متاخذ وقت و#من_الجنه 🔥😋
