مطبق سمك او سمك علتمن🐟
المقادير:
سمك ابيض او الزبيدي🐟
2 كوب رز 🍚
ليمون
التوابل (كركم، فلفل اسود، ملح، طحين)

الطريقة:
الرز :- بقاع الجدر نضيف زيت، ماجي خضار، كركم وننزل الكوبين رز و4 اكواب ماء وملح نعوفه يغلي اول غليه نغطيه ونوطي النار علهادىء ونتركة يستوي على راحته.

السمك:- ينضف السمك من الصدف الخارجي جيداً بعدها نضيفله ملح، كركم، فلفل اسود.
على صفحة نضيف طحين ونضيفلة كركم وملح ونغطي السمك بي.

نقلي السمك جيداً بهاي اللحظة صارت الاكلة جاهزة 😋🍚🐟
التزيين حسب الرغبه ليمون🍋 رشة بقدونس 🍀 رز ملون ، بصل مقرمش 🧅
