هيل مطحون - نصف ملعقة صغيرة
فلفل أسود - نصف ملعقة صغيرة

أفخاذ الدجاج - كيلو وثلاثة أرباع الكيلو

بصل كبير الحجم - عدد 3
جزر كبير الحجم - عدد 2 - حلقات رفيعة
ملح
سماق - 1 ونصف ملعقة كبيرة
فلفل أسود - نصف ملعقة صغيرة
دبس الرمان - 2 ملعقة كبيرة - اختياري
