كوب دقيق
نص كوب نشا
م ص بيكنج باودر
م ك ملح
م ك بهارات مشكله للسمك
م ص كركم
مويا حسب الكميه

☑️ الطريقه:
نخلط المكونات مع بعض ونضيف مويا تدريجياً لين نوصل القوام الخفيف مايكون ثقيل

نغطي الروبيان بدقيق بعدين بالخليط وعلى القلي
٠
زيت غزير وحراره متوسطه ننزل بالروبيان تدريجياً مو مره وحده عشان نحافظ على شكلها بعد القلي

تقريباً ٣ دقايق ويكون جاهز

ربع كوب شطه حاره
