السجق الاسكندراني
المقادير
كيلو سجق طازج
بصله كبيره مقطعه صغير
١ م.ك ثوم
حبه طماطم كبيره مقطعه صغير
٢ م.ك معجون طماطم
حبه فلفل رومي مقطع صغير
١/٤ بقدونس مفروم
البهارات
١ م.ص فلفل اسود
١ م.ص كزبره ناشفه
١ م.ص ببريكا
١ م.ك ملح
فلفل اخضر حار وهذا حسب الرغبه
طريقه التحضير
في طاووه على النار نضيف شوي زيت نضيف البصل ونقلبه شوي وبعدها نضيف السجق المقطع ونقلب وبعدها نضيف الثوم والطماطم ومعجون الطماطم والفلفل الرومي والفلفل الحار وهذا اختياري والبهارات والملح ونقلبهم باستمرار لحد مايتجانسو مع بعض وتستوي اخر خطوه اضيف البقدونس .

Small bell pepper, chopped
1/4 chopped parsley
Spices
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried coriander
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp of salt
Hot green pepper, as desired
Preparation method
In a frying pan , add a little oil, add the onions and stir a little, then add the chopped sausage and stir, then add the garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, bell pepper, hot pepper, which is optional, and the spices and salt, and stir them constantly until they are combined and cooked. The last step is to add the parsley.
