ملعقه مليانه خميرة فورية
ربع كوب زيت
رشه سكر
ملعقه ملح
كوبين ماء فاتر
نعجن كل المكونات اللين يصير قوام العجينه وسط لا ناعم ولا قاسي واهم شي ما يلصق باليد
نكورها ١٢ كوره
ونتركها تختمر ساعه
ثم نفردها بشكل طولي وعالمقلاه اللين تنضج من الجهتين
الدجاج :
نحط زيت الزيتون وحبه بصل مقطع ناعم ونحمرها بعد كذا نحط صدور دجاج مقطع مربعات صغيره
ملح
نصف ملعقه طعام كمون
نصف ملعقه طعام بابريكا
ربع ملعقه طعام فلفل اسود
نصف ملعقه طعام كزبره مطحونه
نصف ملعقه طعام مسحوق الثوم
ربع ملعقه طعام البصل
ونتركها تتسبك
الصوص الابيض :
علبه زبادي -رشه ملح -رشه كمون -
فص ثوم ناعم -٣ملاعق طحينيه
نجيب الخبز اللي سويناه ونحط فيها من الصوص الابيض -خس -خيار
بطاطس ليز حار -ودجاج ونزينها بصوص الفرنسي وصلصه رانش
