المقادير والطريقه :
ملعقه وسط حليب بودره
ملعقه وسط شاي اخضر مطحون
ملعقه وسط عسل
ملعقه وسط بابونج مطحون
٣ او ٤ ملاعق وسط ماء الورد
نخلطهم ونضعها عالبشره والرقبه ويترك لمدة ٣٠ دقيقه
او حتى ينشف ثم نفرك البشره ونغسلها
ونرطب البشره
يستخدم يومياً
لا تنسوا الاشتراك بقناتي
