إنِّي لَأعلَمُ كلمةً لو قالها لذهَب عنه ما يجِدُ: أعوذُ باللهِ مِن الشَّيطانِ الرَّجيمِ .
لذلك إذا أحسست بالغضب إلزم هذه الكلمة وسيذهب عنك ماتجد، وتذكر:
‏"لحظة صبر في لحظة غضب قد تمنع عنك ألف لحظة ندم."
لذلك كانت وصية النبي ﷺ لا تغضب
