كيف صعدتِ اليابان إلى القمة بعد قنبلتي هيروشميا وناغازاكي؟

ظنَّ العلماء أنَّه لن تظهر نبتة واحدة في هيروشميا وناغازاكي قبل سبعين عامًا بعد إلقاء القنبلتين، ولكن في خريف عام 1945 ظهرت الأعشاب والنباتات وأشجار الكافور والدفلى في المدينتين؛ لتكون بارقة أمل في هذا الخراب الذي خلفته الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.

وسعيًا لمستقبل أفضل، ألغت اليابان الجيش والمؤسسات العسكرية ووجهت قدراتها البشرية إلى الصناعة والتطوير، لتقود نهضة لا مثيل لها في تاريخ البشر
من بلاد مدمرة عن بكرة أبيها إلى رابع أكبر اقتصاد في العالم اليوم.
