3 حبات تفاح مبشور بدون قشره وفنجال قهوة سكر وملعقتين قرفة وعصرة ليمون نحطها على النار لين يذبل التفاح ونطفي عليها النار ونخليها تبرد ونكمل باقي المقادير علبه زبادي نادك وبنفس علبه الزبادي نصف علبه زيت الزيتون و 1 سكر ملعقه صغيره فانيلا 3 حبات بيض 2 دقيق وملعقه كبيره بيكنج باودر كلها المقادير نخلطها ونحطها في الصينيه ونحط عليها التفاح ونشغل عليها من تحت لين تستوي ونعمرها من فوق ونطلعها ونخليها تبرد ونزينها بالصوص الابيض 1 حبات كيري ونص حليب نستله ونخلطها وتزينها خطوط وتزينها بتوفي وبيكان وبالعافية
