مقادير الكيك :

ثلثين كوب سكر
ملعقتين كبار بيكنج باودر
رشة ملح
٣ بيضات
ملعقة كبيرة فانيلا
نص كوب حليب
١/٣ كوب زيت
حبتين تفاح احمر
ملعقة قرفة
للكراميل :
كوب كريمة
نص كوب سكر
ملعقتين اكل زبده
ملح

الطريقة:
نخلط المكونات الجافة وبعدين نخلط المكونات السائلة .. بعدها نضيف التفاح المقطع ونقلب الخليط ونخبز الكيكة نصف ساعه على درجة حرارة ١٨٠
للكراميل:
نكرمل السكر ونضيف الكريمة والزبدة والملح ونخلط
ونضيف البيكان عالوجه
