مكرونه ورق العنب
اول شي نجيب في قدر نصف كأس زيت الزيتون نحط عليه بصله مفرومه مع ٤ فص ثوم مهروس ونحمرها اللي يذبل نضيف ٤ ملاعق مليانه صلصه طماطم ونصف ملعقه كمون وربع ملعقه فلفل اسود وقطعه ماجي وملح وملعقه بهارات كيجن ونخلط المكونات ونضيف ورق العنب مقطع صغار مع مويه ونتركها اللين تنضج ورق العنب بعدها نجيب كيس مكرونه ونخليها تستوي وينشف مويتها نضيف لها ٤ عصير ليمون ودبس رمان ونصف كوب من كزبره ونصف كوب من النعناع
ونحطها بصحن وفوقها الصوص الابيض والخبز المقلي ونزينها بدبس رمان
الصوص الابيض :زبادي -فص ثوم -ملح -شويه كمون -٣ ملاعق طحينيه
