ربطة كزبره
ربطه صغيره بصل اخضر
فصين ثوم
وافرمهم بالخلاط

لما تجهز معايا اقدر احطها في اكياس وافرزها بالفريزر لوقت الحاجه

قبل القلي اتبلها :
ملح وفلفل اسود وكمون وكزبره ناشفه ونص ملعقة صغيره بيكربونات الصوديوم
