كوب شوفان
نحطهم عالنار ٥ دقائق ونتركها شوي



نحطه في شراب او قماش

ونضغط عليه حتى يخرج كل البلسم

ندهن فيه الشعر ونغطيها بالكيس

نتركها نصف ساعه ثم يغسل


لا تنسوا الاشتراك بقناتي

وتفعيل زر الجرس ليصلك كل جديد

ولا تبخلوا علينا بالايكات والتعليقاتكم الجميله
