طريقة العمل:
صينية فرن نحط عليها ورق زبده
ونرص طبقة من جبنة الموزاريلا
وفوقها طبقة شرايح بطاطس نحيفه
وعلى الفرن نص ساعه من تحت على حرارة ١٨٠
٠
لما تطلع من الفرن نحط فوقها الحشوه:
نحمس لحم مفروم بزيت ونضيف البصل المفروم والبهارات فلفل اسود وملح وبابريكا وكمون واوريقانو واخر شي صلصة طماطم او صلصة بيتزا
٠
فوق الحشوه نحط بارميزان وموزاريلا ونلفها ونقدمها
٠
وبالعافيه عليكم
