كلنا نشترى عصاير من السوبر ماركت بدون قراءه المكتةب عليها لكن عند تدقيق النظر ستجد مكتوب عليها شراب او مشروب او عصير او نكتار وهناك فرق كبير بيين الثلاثه .
لو مكتوب نكتار فان محتوي العلبه يكون من 60 % من الفاكهه والباقى سكر وهذا ختيار نص سئ واذا كان مكتوب عليها عصير على الغلاف فهذا الاختيار الافضل لانه يحتوى على 100% فاكهه وخالى من المواد الحافظه والالوان والنكهات ومن الممكن ان تكون المنتجات من نفس الشركه .
