الكنافة العربية الغزاوية من اكثر الحلويات المشهورة في غزة ومن اطيبها وان شاء الله بنوكلها وفلسطين محررة من النهر الى البحر .
* المكونات :
- 750 غرام فرك كنافة ناعمه
- ملعقتين قرفة
- الحشوة (ملعقتين سكر ، ملعقة صغيرة قرفة ، ربع ملعقة صغيرة جوزة الطيب)
- ملعقة سمن حيواني
- جوز عين الجمل او جوز القلب
- لوز وفستق حلبي اختياري
- القطر : (3 سكر ، 2 ماء ، عصرة ليمون )
