يالنجي الملفوف هو طبق من المطبخ الشرقي، ويتكون من ورق الملفوف المحشو بحشوة من الأرز والخضروات. ينتشر هذا الطبق في العديد من البلدان العربية، منها سوريا ولبنان وتركيا.

كمية وفيرة من الماء المغلي
خلطة الحشوة
كوبين وربع رز مصري منقوع ومغسول
بصل صغير في الحجم عدد 2
بندورة متوسط في الحجم عدد 2
فلفل احمر حلو كبير في الحجم عدد 1
ملعقتين كبار معجون طماطم 🥫
ملعقة كبيرة ونصف معجون فلفل 🌶️ حار
