‎عش البطاطس بالبيض


‎إيش نحتاج مكونات ؟
‎- بطاطس مقطعة عيدان رفيعه
‎- مرتديلا مقطعة رفيع
‎- بيض
‎- بهارات جافة (اوريقانو،فلفل مجروش،فلفل اسود،ملح)
‎- جبنة موزاريلا
‎- بصل أخضر مفروم

‎كيف نسوي الوصفة؟

‎١- في زبدية نحط البطاطس والمرتديلا والبهارات الجافة وجبنة الموزوريلا ونخلطها كويس
‎٢- نفصل البياض عن الصفار ونضيف البياض للخليط ونخلط
‎ ٣- على طاوة ساخنة نشكل كور من خليط البطاطس فيها فتحة من النصف ونضيف صفار بيضة في كل كرة بطاطس واخر شي نقلبها الجهة الثانية تتقمر .
