Thank you for watching. In this woodturning video I use an ebonising lacquer spray to create a contrasting finish. I run in to some problems along the way and there were definitely some learning curves, but I still like the finished result, and I will for sure be trying this method out again some time soon - with some changes.

ظاهرة كاروشي
تعاني اليابان منذ نحو ثلاثة عقود من ظاهرة الموت من كثرة العمل، التي يطلق عليها "كاروشي"، ويقصد بها حالات الموت بسبب الأمراض الجسدية، كتوقف القلب أو الجلطات الدماغية.
لكن الظاهرة توسعت في الآونة الأخيرة لتشمل حالات المرض النفسي، والاكتئاب والانتحار بسبب ساعات العمل الطويلة، وترك أحد المنتحرين رسالة لزوجته وثلاثة أبناء قال فيها "لم أعد أتحمل ضغوط العمل".
وقال المحامي كازوناري المتخصص في قضايا "كاروشي" إن عدد ضحايا هذه الظاهرة تجاوز الألف حالة، وأصبحت قبل 25 سنة قضية رأي عام، وبدأ الناس يرفعون قضايا تعويض ضد الشركات بسببها
