✅ صدور دجاج فيليه ونقطعها
٠
احمس قطع الدجاج بزيت زيتون لين تاخذ لون واشيلها
٠
✅ في نفس المقلى اضيف ١٠٠ جرام زبده
٠
راس ثوم مفروم او اقل حسب رغبتكم مع قطعه زنجبيل مفرومه
٠
ملعقتين صلصة طماطم
٠
عصير ليمون حبة كامله

✅ البهارات : كيجن وبابريكا وكاري
٠
اضيف شوية مويا واخليها تتسبك ولاننسى الملح
٠
٠
✅في صحن اضيف الدجاج واضيف عليه الخليط
٠
صوص السيراتشا الحراق مع شوية كاتشب مع الذره واقلبهم مع بعض
٠
✅ اضيفهم بكيس الفرن
٠
٠
✅ وبالفرن على حرارة ٢٠٠ تقريباً ١٥ دقيقه
٠
٠
تتقدم مع رز مصري
