انظر إلى هذه الطريقة القديمة، لاستخراج الزيت من عباد الشمس في الصين، وتستخدم آلة يقوم الرجل بضرب قطعة كبيرة من الحجر على هذه الصفائح الحديدية، حيث يتم وضع عباد الشمس في منتصف الآلة، وبعد ضرب الالة تستخرج قطرة واحدة من زيت عباد الشمس، ويتم جمعها في حاوية، بعد جمعها يتم بيع هذا الزيت في السوق.
