مشروب صيفي و رمضاني صحي بديل عن الفيمتو . .

كركديه مثلج "آيس تي"
1 كوب زهر الكركدية يغلى على النار مع ثلاث اكواب ماء لمدة عشر دقائق يرفع عن النار ويحلى بالسكر او لعسل او اي نوع من المحليات ثم يترك جانبا ليبرد ويوضع بالثلاجة

1 كوب عصير اليمون الجاهز
او عصير ليمونه مخفف بنصف كأس ماء ومحلى بملعقة عسل

_ لعمل كأس من شراب الكركديه
يضاف الثلج ثم ربع الكاس عصير الليمون ثم يملأ الكاس بشراب الكركديه.

ممكن استبدال الكركديه المجفف باكياس شاي الكركدية من ليبتون او اي منتج آخر
.

لاينصح بشرب الكركديه لاصحاب الضغط المنخفض .
.
Hibiscus Iced tea:
1 cup hibiscus boiling with 3 cups of water for 10 minutes add sweetness
Keep it cool and refrigerate it
1 cup lemonade
Ice cube .
