250غ زبدة
3 بيض (واحدة كاملة و 2 صفار)
ملعقة صغيرة فانيلا
كأس سكر ناعم
2 ملاعق زيت
نجمعها بالدقيق
المكونات نخلطها جيدا بالخلاط الكهربائي حتى تتجانس كل المكونات و بعدها نضيف الدقيق و نجمعها فقط بالأصابع (ممنوع العجن ❌️)
ممنوع خميرة الحلويات❌️
نترك العجينة ترتاح على الاقل 15 دقيقة قبل الاستخدام
