إيش نحتاج مكونات ؟

•الطبقة الأولى
- أرز مصري مسلوق

•الطبقة الثانية
- مكعبات صدور الدجاج
- اوريغانو
- كمون
- ببريكا مدخنه
- زيت زيتون

•الطبقة الثالثة
- خيار
- طماطم
- بصل أحمر
- كزبره
- ليمون
- فلفل هالا بينو


•الطبقة الرابعة
- فاصوليا حمراء معلبه


الطبقة الخامسة
- أفوكادو
- ليمون
- ملح
- قشطه حامضه


كيف نسوي الوصفة ؟
١- الطبقة الأولى
رز مسلوق

٢- الطبقة الثانية
مكعبات صدور الدجاج واوريغانو وكمون
وببريكا مدخنه كلها على طاوه ونقلبها إلين تستوي  على زيت الزيتون (بس نخلص لانكب الزيت بنستخدمه آخر الوصفه)

٣- الطبقة الثالثة
خيار وطماطم وبصل أحمر وكزبرة  كلها نقطعها صغير واخر شي نضيف عصير ليمون شوية عليها وممكن شوية كمان فلفل هالابينو 

٤- الطبقة الرابعة
فاصوليا حمرا معلبه نصفيها من الماء ونضيفها

٥- الطبقة الخامسة
كريمة حامضة لحالها بالملعقة
مع الجواكامولي (نضيف الأفوكادو والليمون وشوية ملح ونخلطهم كويس)


واخر شي رشة كزبره  مع شويه من زيت الزيتون اللي طبخنا فيه الدجاج
