شوربة بروكلي بالجبنه والكريمه ،،..للمزيد من الوصفات تابعوا حسابي :@aziztime @aziztime @aziztime ..الطريقه :في قدر على النار احمس قطع البروكلي مع الزبده ( حبة بروكلي كامله او كيس مجمد حسب رغبتكم ) .اضيف حبة جزر مبشوره ( حسب الرغبه ) .احمسهم خمس دقايق واضيف مرقة دجاج ( مكعب مرق الدجاج مع مويا سخنه ) .اخليه يغلي دقيقتين.اضيف نص كوب حليب ونص كوب كريمه .فلفل ابيض وملح.واخليهم يغلوا خمس دقايق .اضيف جبنة تشيدر مبشور او مكعبات حسب الموجود ( كوب ونص الى كوبين ) .واخليها تغلي ١٠ دقايق اقل شي لين تسيح الجبنه .بعدين افرم البروكلي بالخلاط اليدوي وبس .وبالعافيه عليكم
