مندي دجاج بالتنور ....
اللي عنده كشته ( جلسة بر او بحر )

حبيت اشارككم الطريقه..

الطريقه :
طبعاً نستخدم حطب نوع جيد ( سمر او قرض ) .
.
نولع كمية من الحطب لين يجمر صح
.
في اسفل التنور نحط قاعدة عشان نحط فوقها القدر حق الرز ( رز سعودي او امريكي حسب رغبتكم ايش تحبوا )
.
الرز نملحه ونضيف عليها بهارات حب وبصل حب حسب رغبتكم ،،، والمويه فوق الرز بشويه.
.
نحط شبك فوق قدر الرز ونضيف عليه الدجاج ( متبل ببهارات مشكله وملح وكركم )
.
نقفل الغطا ونضيف خيش مبلل بالاطراف عشان تكتم الحراره او عجين .
.
.
ساعه وربع تقريباً ويستوي.
.
نضيف حمر فوق الغطا اخر ربع ساعه عشان يتحمر الدجاج.

وبالعافيه
